I offer an at-home physiotherapy service in Edinburgh and clinic based physio in Melrose. 

I have 20 years of physio experience in the NHS and private practice.

My approach involves looking at a person holistically, considering all the factors that might be contributing to your pain or physical limitations. The ultimate goal is to help you return to what you want or need to do. I use clinical physiotherapy techniques as the cornerstone of most treatments but I am also a qualified acupuncturist and Pilates teacher.  Many of my patients benefit from accessing these optional disciplines and like the convenience of having one physiotherapist providing potentially all three, after an initial assessment everything will be clearly mapped out in a personalised treatment plan.
