I offer an at-home physiotherapy service in Edinburgh and Borders. 

I am a specialist orthopaedic and musculoskeletal Physiotherapist.  Here is a brief summary of the conditions I am experienced in treating and  can help you rehabilitate from:

  • Pre and post surgery eg/ knee & hip replacements, shoulder and spinal surgery.  Pre rehabilitation is very important before surgery and post surgery I can help get you going on your exercises and back to normal function

My approach involves looking at a person holistically, considering all the factors that might be contributing to your pain or physical limitations. The ultimate goal is to help you return to what you want or need to do. I use clinical physiotherapy techniques as the cornerstone of most treatments but I am also a qualified acupuncturist and Pilates teacher.  Many of my patients benefit from accessing these optional disciplines and like the convenience of having one physiotherapist providing potentially all three, after an initial assessment everything will be clearly mapped out in a personalised treatment plan.
